Hello everyone, my name is Jonathan.

I began full-time RV living at the age of 25, and while I’m a bit beyond that age now, my love for travel, tight spaces, and the freedom to pick up and go anytime hasn’t changed a bit. Over the years, I’ve owned several brands of motorhomes in various lengths and styles, including Class A and Super C, so I’ve experienced a little bit of everything.

Now, let me share why I started this channel. I’ve always had a passion for cooking. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are sitting in the kitchen with my Granny decades ago, just watching her cook. She’s the one who made me fall in love with food. From spending hours in the family garden every year to learning by listening and helping her cook, those experiences shaped my love for the kitchen.

Later in life, one show really ignited my passion for cooking even more: Good Eats by Alton Brown. His amazing visuals and explanations of the science behind cooking made learning about food fun, fascinating, and accessible.
